Her determination and proactive approach mean she is always focused on getting the job done and helping clients reach completion as efficiently as possible.
Outside of work, Tessa enjoys dining out with friends, spending time with her family, walking her dogs and escaping to Cornwall—especially Bude. She also has a creative flair and loves decorating and styling her own home.

With 8 years of experience in the property industry and a successful background in retail sales, Elisha brings enthusiasm, creativity and excellent customer service to the team.
Elisha is responsible for the agency’s marketing and social media presence, as well as all in-house property photography, ensuring every home is showcased to its full potential. Alongside this, she conducts accompanied viewings, negotiates sales and works closely with buyers and sellers to help deliver a positive moving experience. Her approachable nature, strong communication skills and creative eye make her a valued member of the team, both in presenting properties beautifully and promoting the agency’s brand.
Outside of the office, Elisha enjoys travelling abroad, dog walks finished with a coffee, socialising with friends and attending live music concerts whenever she can. She also has a keen interest in fashion and loves keeping up with the latest trends, bringing her creativity and eye for detail into both her personal style and her marketing work.
