Staff have over 50 years combined experience. Nick Swift was an Estate Agent, throughout the UK for twenty six years, before settling in Plymouth. Annie Swifts' career in the Industry has spanned over 10 years including Commercial and Residential Estate Agency and the Investment Property Sector.

Our team includes a dedicated sales progressor, whose sole job is to ensure that you understand and are kept informed of what is happening as the transaction progresses, from instruction through to completion.

We are members of the National Association of Estate Agents - The NAEA - a governing body for Estate Agents ensuring we follow their professional standards and procedures, established through training, formal qualifications and 'best practice'.
